That is a great question, Vena. Honestly if a biracial person chooses to be a part of the Black community, that’s their choice. I wrote at the end that we could hold space for biracial people and stand in solidarity with them. I mainly wrote this for those biracial people in the Black community who contribute to the erasure of Black people and refuse to acknowledge the privileged position they occupy due to white supremacy and anti-Blackness.
